Itinerary

The wedding will take place on 23-25th of May 2025 with the following itinerary:

Friday 23 of May

• 6.30 PM mingle and city view at the Hotel top floor, “The Club”, 16th floor.
• 7.30 PM Italian dinner in the Restaurant Haga Bodega situated on the 1st floor of the hotel.
• Dress code; smart casual

Saturday 24th of May the wedding day

• The wedding ceremony, reception and evening dinner/dance will be at StallmästaregårdenHagaparken. Dress code Suit.
• Prepaid Taxis will leave at 2.30 PM outside the hotel to Stallmästaregården Hagaparken.
• Wedding ceremony and mingle 3.00 PM – 5.30 PM at Stallmästaregården.
• Wedding reception 5.30 PM – 2.00 AM Sunday, with dinner and dance. The dinner will betraditional Swedish style.
• Return trip from Stallmästaregården to the hotel, either order a taxi or take a 15-minute walk.
  At 2 PM, Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir or Sverige Taxi will turn up outside Stallmästaregården
  (Pay in the car, ask for fixed price). Don´t travel with any other taxi companies.
  Note: Preferred payment in Sweden is mainly with credit card. Cash is sometimes accepted.
  

Sunday 25th of May, the Stockholm sightseeing day!
Dress code casual, recommend extra cardigan or jacket

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• 1.00 PM – 4.00 PM Boat trip with lunch.
  The Boat Ambience takes off from Skeppsbrokajen, kajplats 104 in Old Town. Prepaid taxis
  will leave the hotel at 12.10, Note! Be in time! And please tell us if you don’t want to
  participate.
• The boat trip ends at Norra Hammarby kajen for a visit at Karin and Jagdev’s apartment.
• Or if you prefer to take a stroll in Old Town after the boat trip, go back to Old Town with the boat
  and travel on your own to Karin and Jagdev’s apartment at the latest 6.00 PM.
• Door code to the house is 5231.
• 7.00 PM and 7.20 PM we will take a short walk and catch the local boat to the restaurant, IndianStreet Food in Hammarby Sjöstad, Jan Inghes torg.

Elite Hotel Carolina Tower located 15 min walk from Stallmästaregården.
We have reserved rooms for you as per our earlier emails.
You can cancel the rooms up to 8 weeks before the wedding
